september's featured artist is....Candice Wells!

Candice is a self-taught contemporary oil painter whose work is rooted in the techniques and aesthetics of the Renaissance masters. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Leonardo Da Vinci, Michalangelo, and Raphael, Candice enjoys reviving the spirit of classical realism through layered glazes, chiaroscuro and verdaccio underpainting techniques.

Candice lives in Billings, but can often be found exploring mountain lakes in Montana and remote international islands to experience the world that lives beneath the surface as a Scuba Diver and underwater photographer.
